Merge. Integrate it into the week.
Onboarding is the step most families skip. Routines, values, boundaries, pay structure and communication are set down so everyone is working from the same document.
Manage. Hold it over time.
Expectations are reviewed on a rhythm, difficult conversations are planned rather than improvised, and transitions are handled before the arrangement quietly stops working.
