What brings families here
Six situations this is built for.
Named plainly, because most families arrive holding more than one of them.
Partner or marriage dynamics where roles, expectations or communication have become unclear.
Parent–adult child conflict that keeps returning to the same place.
Divorce, separation and co-parenting transitions.
Sibling or extended-family conflict, including caregiving roles.
Blended-family roles and boundaries.
Complex family decisions where everyone sees the problem differently.
Relationship Maps
Complex family relationships need more than generic advice.
The process
MAP → MATCH → MERGE → MANAGE™
Four steps for turning relationship complexity into a practical family plan.
Map. Draw the relationships as they are.
The map shows who is involved, who carries the practical work, who holds the decision, and where the same argument has been happening for years.
Match. Match the response to the real need.
The family identifies what needs attention first and chooses language, boundaries and agreements that fit the people and decision involved.
Merge. Put the plan into family life.
The strategy names what gets said, by whom, in what setting, and what the boundary is when it is tested, so nobody has to improvise.
Manage. Review what changes.
Conflict changes shape once something is actually tried. The plan is revisited so a shift is handled deliberately instead of becoming the next crisis.
What you get
What you leave with.
A structured expert process, not a list of providers.
- Your Relationship Map
- The family network written out: roles, load, influence and the decisions attached to each.
- Priority order
- What to address first, what waits, and what to leave alone for now.
- Language and boundaries
- Specific wording and agreements for the conversations that keep going wrong.
- A written plan
- The next step named, with the signal that tells you it is working.
- A review point
- When to revisit the map, so drift is caught early.
Questions
Before you book.
The practical answers families ask for first.
No. This is family coaching and consulting. We map relationships, roles and decisions, then build a plan you can act on. Educational and strategic coaching and consulting, not psychotherapy, diagnosis or mental-health treatment.
Yes, and that is a common starting point. The map separates what is actually being decided from how each person is arguing for it, so the disagreement becomes a set of choices instead of a standoff.
By sequencing. We map each household, each child's needs and the practical mechanics of the week, then set priorities and a communication structure so decisions do not have to be renegotiated every time they come up.
The same process applies. Parent-child, adult-child, sibling and extended-family conflict are all mapped as a relationship network, including who holds influence, who holds the work and where the pressure actually sits.
