Turn Caregiver Placement Into a Complete Care System

Placement is the start of the arrangement, not the end of the work. Care Map Expert gives agencies and marketplaces a needs-based system: map the need, match the fit, merge into real life, manage over time.

Written for nanny agencies, home-care agencies, staffing firms and caregiver marketplaces.

What this looks like

What agencies keep absorbing.

  • 01

A family requests a role, and the real need underneath it never gets assessed.

  • 02

Strong candidates placed into households where the fit was never the question that got asked.

  • 03

Placements that fall apart in the first weeks, before anyone flags a problem.

  • 04

Replacement cycles that cost more than the original search.

  • 05

Caregivers who leave because expectations were never made explicit.

  • 06

No structured way to show a family why this match, and why now.

Why information is not enough

The request is not the need.

Families describe a job. What they are managing is a household with biological, social, environmental and emotional needs and its own dynamics.

Assessment before search
A structured needs assessment changes the candidate pool before a single resume moves. It also gives the agency a defensible reason for the match.
Fit is measurable
Structured evaluation replaces a conversational interview and a hopeful decision.
Merge is a stage
The first weeks decide whether a placement holds. Guided onboarding is the difference between a hire and a working arrangement.
Manage, do not wait
Proactive reassessment finds the drift before it becomes a replacement request.

The process

Map, match, merge, manage.

Traditional placement against a mapped, managed care system.

  1. MapAssess the household and map the real need across all four domains.
  2. MatchMatch candidates against the mapped need, not the job title alone.
  3. MergeGuide the arrangement into the household with structured onboarding.
  4. ManageReview on a schedule, with reassessment, retraining or replacement logic.

What Care Map Expert does

What Care Map Expert builds with your agency.

  1. License Care Map tools to the agency

Assessments, matching structures and onboarding tools branded to your agency.

  2. Train placement consultants

Your consultants learn to run the assessment, read the map and defend a match.

  3. Caregiver training and certification

Training modules and certification for the caregivers you place.

  4. Care Map onboarding after placement

A structured merge process for the first weeks in the household.

  5. White-label family education

Education families receive from you, on the framework behind the placement.

  6. Assessment and satisfaction tools

Instruments that measure fit at placement and satisfaction over time.

  7. Ongoing family and caregiver support

A review cadence that supports both sides of the arrangement.

Caregiver Training

Caregiver training and certification.

Curriculum for the people you place: nannies, aides, home-care staff and care managers, on the same framework your consultants use.

Training is what makes a match hold. Caregivers arrive competent at the task and unprepared for the household: the family dynamics, the unspoken expectations, the moment a situation changes and someone has to say so. The curriculum covers the work and the arrangement around it, so a caregiver knows how to raise a problem early rather than leave.

Modules run by level, from a new caregiver through a senior aide or care manager, with certification at the end of each track. Because the caregiver and your placement consultants learn the same map, match and merge language, a handover between them is a shared vocabulary rather than a translation.

Training can be delivered to your caregivers directly, licensed for your own trainers to run, or white labeled into your existing onboarding.
