The center of the licensing offer: one authored library, four commercial structures, and coverage from infant care through eldercare.
Everything a platform licenses comes out of the same library: Care Maps, assessments, decision trees, scripts, infographics, workbooks, AI prompt systems and caregiver training. Because they were authored together, an article, an assessment and a training module in your product read as one method rather than three sources.
From there the arrangement is a commercial choice, not a content one. License the library as it stands, co-brand it, white label it under your own name, or integrate it into a product surface your members already use.
Assessments
Assessments, and the Care Map they produce.
The instruments are the part of the library that produces a result rather than a read. One assessment, a personalized map, and a recommendation the platform can act on.
A person answers a structured set of questions and says whether they are managing childcare, eldercare or both. Those answers build a BSE² Care Map across biological, social, environmental and emotional needs, which is what turns a form into a picture of the situation.
The map then names what is actually needed, and the recommendation runs in a fixed order: tools first, then content, then coaching, then care services. For an employer or a platform that ordering is the product, because it routes each person to the least intrusive support that will hold.
Assessments can be licensed as instruments for your own team to administer, or built into your product as a member-facing flow.
White Label
The Care Map System under your own brand.
A full white label arrangement: your name, your voice, your visual system, with the clinical structure kept intact underneath.
White label is the widest of the four structures. The library, the assessments and the training carry your brand end to end, and nothing in the member experience points back to Care Map Expert unless you want it to. The framework, the sequence and the clinical language stay as authored, because that is what makes the material defensible.
Scope is agreed up front: which assets, which life stages, which surfaces, and what may be edited against what is fixed. Expert review sits with Tammy Gold, LCSW, so wording about safety, decline, dignity and family conflict is signed off rather than rewritten downstream.
A maintenance arrangement keeps the white labeled library current as your product changes, so the version your members see does not drift from the version that was reviewed.
